As a licensed Elevate applicator, Ranch Roofing installs the full line of Elevate commercial systems and handles PIN submission and warranty registration so your coverage is in place from day one.

Three Tiers of Coverage

Warranty Highlights

No Dollar Limit (NDL)	Elevate pays the full cost of any covered repair, with no cap on scope or expense.
Edge-to-Edge System Coverage	Covers the full roofing assembly, including membrane, insulation, metal, and Elevate-branded accessories.
Workmanship Included	Covers installation errors by a licensed Elevate applicator, not just material defects.
Normal Weathering Covered	Gradual wear under standard conditions is explicitly covered, something many competing warranties exclude.
Transferable	Transfers fully to a new owner when the property is sold.
Licensed Applicator Required	Ranch Roofing holds Elevate applicator certification and handles PIN submission and registration on your behalf.

What’s Not Covered

Hail or wind damage, unless the applicable Platinum configuration is selected
Roof traffic, equipment storage, or overburden added after installation
Deterioration of building components, condensation, or water infiltration through walls
Damage from chemicals, acids, or oils
Alterations or repairs not made by a licensed Elevate applicator
Non-Elevate materials used in the system
Failure to report a leak to Elevate within 30 days of occurrence
