They replaced the roofing on our house and our garage seven years ago and I gave the company a very positive review. This year we had a satellite dish that had been attached to our roof removed and asked Ranch about replacing the shingles that had been damaged (we had kept some extra shingles from the original job so they could be used in the future if repairs were needed). In the meantime we discovered that we had a water leak in one of our crawl spaces and I emailed Ranch about getting it fixed. Bob came over and personally inspected the crawl space, determining that it was likely a problem of the seal between the chimney and the roofing. He arranged for a crew to come out within a week and take care of both problems. During the rain we’ve had recently, the crawl space remained dry. And you would never know that a satellite dish had been attached to the roof. And we received no invoice from Ranch for this work.
