“Aram came out to look at the roof and immediately made a repair of the leaks. He took photos and made recommendations. I told him that we’d need a second estimate. Ranch’s estimate was less expensive and had an optional repair on a side piece of the roofing that the other firm did not notice. The work was done well with a lot of thoughtfulness concerning the placement of a dumpster given a tight drive way. We could not be more pleased by the quality of the job and the attentiveness to our needs.” – January 2019
